Best Practices for Multi-Family Unit Design

Michelle Fox, Designer at Carrier Johnson + CULTURE, recently presented to members of the Greystar Development teams in Irvine and San Francisco her approach on Best Practices for Multi-Family Unit Design.  The training discussed subjects such as: standards and codes, factors to consider when designing a unit, determination of what development can do to help facilitate better unit designs, and how to increase your ability to identify superior unit layouts.
