Thank you to the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce for featuring our Market + 24th project with Holland Partner Group. Located in the Ballard neighborhood, the planned seven-story building will include 238-unit apartments with the first design review scheduled for August 16.
Construction has officially begun for Cisterra Development’s Radian, a new 22-story Downtown San Diego high-rise including 241 residential units and a Target retail store. Carrier Johnson + CULTURE designed the mixed-use tower and Co-founder Gordon R. Carrier participated in the groundbreaking ceremony. Congratulations to the entire project team on this important milestone!
