Cisterra Development’s Radian Project Groundbreaking Ceremony

Construction has officially begun for Cisterra Development’s Radian, a new 22-story Downtown San Diego high-rise including 241 residential units and a Target retail store. Carrier Johnson + CULTURE designed the mixed-use tower and Co-founder Gordon R. Carrier participated in the groundbreaking ceremony.
