Carrier Johnson + CULTURE recently provided our opinion on how offices of the future would be designed in an edition of Southwest Magazine.  Our take on the look and feel of a modern office addresses technological advances in communication, has informal conference rooms that engages in spontaneous conversation, includes more open spaces, and is designed to have offices read less hierarchical.People are able to read the culture of an office the minute they walk into the lobby, and that is where potential clients and potential employees make their first impressions.  The millennials who are projected to change how offices are designed in the future have this in mind: Office design in the future must meet specific needs of the company, use space more efficiently, and most importantly – is designed for adaptability.
