PLNU Chapel Received Honor Award from “Faith & Form” Publication

The Lyle and Grace Prescott Memorial Prayer Chapel at Point Loma Nazarene University won an Honor Award from the publication “Faith & Form” in the category Religious Architecture: New Facilities.

The approach to the chapel is of equal importance as the chapel itself. Open arms are abstractly portrayed within the building’s massing – to express an inviting space. Inspiration of the chapel design comes from the natural surroundings on site and the spiritual significance within the space.
