Park & Market is our second project this year that has received a 2021 San Diego Architectural Foundation Orchid Award!
Spanning a full city block in Downtown San Diego’s East Village, Park & Market is a new transit-oriented development that provides a complementary mix of public and private uses, contributing to a vibrant live/learn/work/play community. Anchoring the development is a 34-story residential tower (dubbed @themerianev) providing a total of 426 apartment units (with 20% designated as affordable [85 units]), which is responsive to the critical need for housing in the region and supportive of a mixed-income neighborhood.
