The Legacy International Center project located in Mission Valley will be home to a resort hotel with 127 units in addition to restaurants, resort-themed retail, spa, a 500-seat performing arts center, museum, and operations office space. The re-design of the project included trimming the original vision by more than 200,000 s.f. and re-envisioning the center with a more contemporary design. The design objectives were to create a timeless, world class resort property that would attract domestic and international visitors. The new design will broaden the appeal of the religious themed development. Assuming the role of both Design Architect and Executive Architect, the firm has transformed the previous design to a dynamic design concept for the 18-acre attraction.
