Construction is currently underway on the 5750 Hollywood Boulevard mixed-use development designed by the Carrier Johnson + CULTURE team in Los Angeles, CA, and is scheduled to be completed next year.
Wood Partners is the developer for this 7-story complex which features 161 residential units and 5,700 s.f. of street-level retail space. The new community is situated two blocks from the nearest Metro station, providing easy access to employment, entertainment and nightlife. Residences will be a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units and loft-style apartments, while 14 of the units are reserved as low-income housing.
