3rd & A Construction Progress


Construction for the 3rd & A mixed-use building in Downtown San Diego is making great progress! Designed by Carrier Johnson + CULTURE, the new 21-story tower replaces the building that was previously occupied by our San Diego Design Studio, and will include 4,020 sf of ground-floor retail and 270 residential units with a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom options. Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, dog wash and outdoor gathering space, and will offer residents breathtaking views of Balboa Park, Bankers’ Hill, the bay and Downtown.

Padres Cutwater Coronado Club Completed


Check out this video of our newly completed interior design for the Cutwater Coronado Club, one of the newest premium amenity areas at Petco Park for exclusive Padres Club Members.  It is an outdoor setting featuring a full bar, dining and lounge areas with amazing views of the Coronado Bridge and the San Diego Bayfront and a new luxury VIP seating area with exclusive access to the club.

San Diego East Village Quarter Concept Finalist


The San Diego Padres Development Team’s concept for East Village Quarter is a finalist! In partnership with the Padres, Tishman Speyer – Brasil and Ascendant Capital, our team’s vision is a vibrant, urban district with 612 housing units, 1,350,000 sf of office space, 1,600 space parking garage and 236,000 sf of open space.⁣⁣

Shoreline Gateway Construction Progress


Construction for the Shoreline Gateway project is on schedule, topping off in late October and due to be completed Summer 2021! Designed collaboratively by CJ+C, studio one eleven, and RELM, the Shoreline Gateway development is a 35-story residential and mixed-use tower that will be the tallest building in Long Beach. The tower will consist of 315 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments atop 6,460 square feet of ground-floor retail space, five levels of subterranean parking and amenity decks at the third floor and roof level.

UHS Corona Rehabilitation Hospital SNF Addition Groundbreaking


The Corona Regional Medical Center Rehabilitation Hospital officially broke ground last week for the Skilled Nursing Facility addition! We had a great time celebrating an important milestone for our project with our partners Universal Health Services, Inc., Kitchell & The Barrie Company.
