For this repositioning, we instilled high-end design through curated custom art pieces, elegant light fixtures, luxurious finishes and distinguished details. An interplay of natural materials of wood, stone, and porcelain are complemented by sleek stainless steel hardware and accents. Recessed lighting is augmented by decorative center piece pendants. amplify the new sophisticated, chic atmosphere. Custom artwork surrounds sculptural furniture, which adds color and soft texture to each space. Corridors and amenities spaces almost feel more like a museum than a residential high-rise.

On the roof deck, a series of cabana shade structures with lasercut steel design were added along the poolside and feature sophisticated lounge furnishings, creating the ideal setting to enjoy skyline views. Ground level enhancements to the breezeway including grading and drainage improvements, and public-facing art work that can be seen from Amtrak and San Diego trolley traffic.
