The design concept for Procopio incorporates concepts of balance and contrast, with a strong emphasis on biophilic elements and refined textures. Warm wood elements find harmony with sleek, bright flooring and lighting. The clean lines of furnishings and finishes provide contrast against soft, curvilinear patterns in the office’s carpeting.

The highlight of our biophilic design is the indoor patio, which features live greenery to create a close connection with nature. A four-story glass wall displays a native Juniper tree, metaphorically growing through the office and symbolizing the firm’s commitment to its local community. Located on the 22nd floor with access to a roof garden, this office also has access to panoramic views of San Diego.
