Vision

Jefferson Makers Quarter is a mixed-used community that consists of 368 luxury multifamily homes in a 8-story podium on 1.38 net acres. The project represents an opportunity to develop an amenity-rich community in the rapidly transforming Makers Quarter residential and employment hub.

The existing historic Ford Dealership Shop onsite was maintained in place and incorporated into the new building serving as community retail.  The main highlight is a 3-level, terraced paseo that links all the amenities together and connects residents from Broadway to the pool deck overlooking East Village.
