Vision

Located on the western end of Broadway, this property is currently a 1 & 2 story building with a parking lot. To revitalize this section of the neighborhood, this residential tower creates more housing to provide an opportunity for those to live closer to the major office Hub located in the Columbia District.

The ground floor was designed to blur the lines between retail, amenity, and lobby with an innovative approach to combine the three in a seamless experience that connects the vibrant pedestrian activity along Broadway with the porte-cochere. Layering above grade parking with multiple amenity floors and 499 units make up the rest of the 420′ tower. The crown of the project includes a two-level club house with adjoining pool deck that overlooks the San Diego bay.
