Campus Pointe
Vision
Shortly after Alexandria Real Estate purchased the Campus Pointe site, they sought to renovate and expand its capacity to house more science and technology-focused tenants. The only existing facility, conveniently located near UCSD’s La Jolla Campus and Torrey Pines, was a two-story, 464,000 GSF building situated on 41.67 acres and housed pharmaceutical and electronic corporations including Celgene, Eli Lilly, Covance, and Kyocera. Our goal was to craft a long-term plan that allows for the expansion of the existing facility and introduction of new ones over the course of multiple years.
