Vision

Brand & Wilson is a mixed-se development composed of three elements: 10,000 SF of retail and restaurant space on the ground level, 238 residential units, and townhouses above and two levels of underground parking.

The building’s form creates an ‘S’ shape organized around two courtyards. Devoting the street level of Brand & Wilson further enhances the pedestrian-friendly walkability of a neighborhood that already offers shopping, dining, and leisure opportunities. Mindful site planning and resource management also makes this a sustainable urban infill development.
