211 Headquarters

Vision

211 San Diego is an agency that connects San Diego County residents with information about community resources. Carrier Johnson + Culture was retained to renovate an existing 2-story, concrete tilt-up research and development building and transform the space into the new state-of-the-art headquarters office. The new space includes collaborative open office areas, community and company meeting rooms, and specialized suites for community partners, including County of San Diego Disaster Response Operations.

The design concept for this project is centered around promoting productivity, collaboration, and well-being among the staff. The interiors will feature open-concept workstations, flexible meeting spaces, and comfortable gathering areas to foster communication and creativity.

The color palette chosen for this project includes calming neutrals with pops of blue and orange to create a peaceful and invigorating atmosphere.

Overall, 211 San Diego Headquarters aims to provide a welcoming and inspiring environment for employees to thrive in their work. This project will exemplify the values and mission of 211 San Diego while also enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the workspace.
