Construction for Modera, a residential building located on 14th & K in East Village San Diego, is making great progress. The building has reached the 3rd floor level with a major concrete pour for a portion of the 3rd floor podium deck. Wood framing has started on the south end of the building with panelized wood framed panels being erected into place, and the MEP systems are being installed in the basement levels and first floor. The first phase occupancy is estimated for June 2021.
