The 153,000 SF building was designed by Carrier Johnson + CULTURE with developer Wood Partners, and is comprised of 8 stories with 110 residential units and amenities such as a fitness room, pool and pool deck. It is bordered by the new Waterfront Park and San Diego Bay to the west and the vibrant Little Italy neighborhood to the east.
