Construction for The Link, located on 17th & G in San Diego’s East Village, is making great progress. When completed, 71% of the total units will be permanent supportive housing units for persons earning below 40% area median income and 27% of the units will be affordable for persons earning below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The project name exemplifies the client’s vision of creating housing enriched with support resources – a special place that can link its formerly homeless residents with the help they need to survive and thrive.
