The California Theater project, designed by Caydon Property in partnership with carrierjohnson + CULTURE, is featured on the front page of this week’s San Diego Business Journal.. The project plans to recreate much of the old theater, including its ornate façade and marquee sign, and will soon become a residential tower including 444 condominium units, a dog park, gym, lap pool, sky deck and lounge above 7,445 square feet of retail space.
